Client company registration data (e.g., company name, NIP, REGON, registered office address).
Contact details (first name, last name, email, phone number).
Data required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act, including data on ultimate beneficiaries.
Data of third parties contained in clients’ correspondence, processed only to the extent necessary for contract execution.
Data collected through the online form used to initiate cooperation, including all necessary data for preparing the agreement.

Execution of the virtual office service agreement, including mail handling.
